Episode 22: Sarah Tan

Sarah has specialised in the cyber-security space for four years, joining Eames in October 2019. Shortly after starting her Eames career, Sarah went on maternity leave and welcomed her first child. In this episode, Sarah candidly shares what motivated her to move to Eames as a senior, experienced recruiter, and returning to work after becoming a mum. 

We dig into Sarah’s secrets of success, and whilst she shares that “they aren’t much of a secret”, Sarah talks about how combining hard work and discipline can be extremely powerful.
